Therapist Extended Absence Plan

This page of resources is intended for current, active clients with Transformation Counseling, inc.

If you are not already an existing client with Dr. Golden, please reach out to other counselors in our area to get started.

It is possible that Dr. Golden may be absent from the office for an extended period of time in the near future due to a family medical emergency. Dr. Golden will make every reasonable effort to communicate with you directly concerning your needs and her absence, primarily via the email address you have previously provided for counseling purposes.

In Dr. Golden’s absence, you will find some helpful plans and resources below to consider as you continue your work toward mental health and wellbeing:

EMERGENCY CRISIS HELP

Call 911 and make your way to your local Emergency Department

Call 988 for the 24/7 Crisis and Suicide Hotline

MODERATE NEED FOR SUPPORT
